About Larry:
Dr. Larry Don Stewart is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in law enforcement, criminal justice, and strategic program development. Currently, he serves as a College Trustee for Andrew College, where he provides strategic oversight and governance to support the college’s mission and objectives. In his role as Senior Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at SGI Global, LLC, Dr. Stewart collaborates with the U.S. Department of State to enhance global counter-terrorism training.
Previously, Dr. Stewart was the State Director for the U.S. Selective Service System in Georgia, where he managed statewide operations and served as a key liaison to the Governor’s Office. At Atlanta Metropolitan State College, he excelled as Executive Director of the Criminal Justice & Police Sciences Institute, spearheading innovative programs, securing federal grants, and enhancing criminal justice education. Dr. Stewart also served as an Associate Professor, shaping the future of criminal justice professionals through teaching and program development.
Dr. Stewart’s career reflects his dedication to public safety, education, and strategic leadership.
