Born and raised in New York, I relocated to the DMV area in 2000 with my young son to begin a new chapter as a federal government employee. Over the next 22 years, I built a distinguished career in acquisition management, overseeing and awarding multi-million-dollar contracts with dedication and precision.
In 2022, after my son left for college, I made the bold decision to follow my passion for helping others. That same year, I became the proud owner of Assisted Living Locators – Northern Virginia, where I provide no-cost senior placement and referral services to families navigating the challenges of aging and caregiving.
My mission is to help seniors and their families find the right care options—whether it’s assisted living, memory care, or independent living—based on their needs, location, and budget. I also connect families to a trusted network of senior care resources, ensuring a holistic support system every step of the way.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication (1991) and a Masters degree in Urban Policy and Public Administration (1997). My professional journey began with the NYC Department of Transportation, followed by 22 years of service in the federal government in Washington, DC, where I worked as an acquisition manager.

Today, I use my background in analysis, communication, and strategic planning to simplify the senior housing search process. With deep local expertise in Northern Virginia, I serve as a guide and advocate, helping families make confident decisions during a very emotional time.
Most importantly, I am a strong advocate for seniors, especially those facing financial hardship. I actively engage with elected officials and community leaders to raise awareness about the urgent need for more affordable housing and elder care resources across Virginia.
Helping seniors live with dignity and supporting their families with compassion is not just my work—it’s my calling.
