Ian B. Pyka
MS, CSCS - Founder
Ian Pyka is the founder and president of Power Play Fitness, located in Coral Springs, Florida. The company focuses on the sports specific and comprehensive training of athletes at all levels as well as any and all motivated individuals interested in improving their overall fitness. Ian also works as an adjunct professor in the Exercise Science Department at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to this, Ian was the head strength and conditioning coach with the NHL Florida Panthers for four years. He has worked at the University of Tennessee, University of Massachusetts and Tulane University before gaining a position as head strength and conditioning coach with the New England Patriots of the NFL.
Natasha Pyka
Manager
Natasha has a degree in Biochemistry and a passion for health and wellness. She has worked in medical sales most of her career and now is in charge of day to day operations at Boca Cryo. A member of her collegiate tennis team, she enjoys most outdoor sports. She continues playing tennis and is an avid runner. As our manager, Natasha will make certain that everyone enjoys a positive experience at Boca Cryo. Natasha is also fluent in Russian.
Liz-Amanda
Cryotech
Liz-Amanda is currently a professional soccer player for Orsomarso in Cali, Colombia. She played collegiate soccer at Division 1, Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina. After her junior year, she ventured off to Spain to begin her semi-pro career with Joventut Almassora, located in Valencia. She proceeded to play her way to the top-tier FIFA league in Colombia known as Aguila Roja. As an athlete, Liz is aware of the importance of focused, quality training and the physical and mental recovery which makes it all possible. Liz-Amanda speaks both Spanish and French.
Alazne Requies
Cryotech
Alazne is a registered nurse who worked in intensive care for 10 years back in her native Spain. She has a passion for rhythmic gymnastics, which she competed in for 15 years. When not working as a Cryotech at Boca Cryo, she teaches gymnastics locally.
Alazne is also registered as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist and an Electrocardiographic Technician. In addition to being well-versed in all our services, Alazne is also fluent in Spanish.
Victoria Kramer
Cryotech
Victoria started working in the healthcare field at sixteen as a retirement home caretaker. It was here, where she was exposed to realities of modern medicine and how as one ages, their quality of life is greatly impacted by their level of mobility. This exposure helped develop both a passion and curiosity for the field of healthcare, which motivated her to seek higher education.
Victoria recently earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University.
