Pastor Vincent (Vinny) Yonta is a native of the Orangetown area, having grown up in Blauvelt, NY. He accepted Christ into his life at the age of 13 and has been serving the Lord for over 40 years in various ministries, including as a Sunday school teacher, worship leader, youth ministry coordinator, and men’s ministries leader. He spent 18 years at Living Hope Fellowship, a small church in northern Rockland County, 8 of which were spent as a full-time Assistant Pastor/Youth Pastor.

Three and a half years ago, God led him to start a church in the very town where he grew up, and Faith Community Fellowship was born. His love for God and people drives him to reach the community with God's love and his passion for helping others understand how much God loves and cares for them. No matter what someone has done or where they come from, no one is beyond God’s grace and mercy.

Pastor Vinny and his wife, Phyllis, live in the area where he raised his three daughters, all of whom attended South Orangetown schools and local colleges. In addition to being a pastor, Pastor Vinny has been a coach at Tappan Zee High School for 37 years.
