Thomas Flynn, President of FLYNN High Performance, LLC, began providing prompt friendly service & quality workmanship to Cape Cod homeowners in the 80's. We can repair, replace or update, any part of a home or building, including bathrooms, windows, doors, siding, etc.. We also assist home owners get the most out of their homes existing footprint by converting unfinished basements and garages & attics to home office, bedroom, rec room or a TV/entertainment room, and also convert first floor rooms and bathrooms to allow you to comfortably and safely age in place in your own home. Tom will personally meet with you to perform the estimate and he typically works onsite as well, ensuring 1 point of contact for your convenience for the whole project. We are a year round company serving Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We look forward to working with you.
We offer a one-year warranty on labor for products supplied by us (excluding products purchased by the homeowner or from big-box stores).
