About Legacy Building Services
Our business began in 1973 when my grandpa started framing and roofing homes in North Central Florida. When my dad was old enough, he joined the family business and founded New Generation Home Builders in 1996. Together, they built and developed homes, providing top-quality roofing to keep those dream homes protected.
Now, I’ve joined my dad to carry on the legacy. In 2024, we launched Legacy Building Services. Today, we work side by side—building dream homes, forever homes, and any home our clients and friends need.

Deven Ross
Hi, I’m Deven Ross, a licensed Roofing and Building Contractor in Florida. I’ve lived here my whole life, and for the past 27 years, this community has been home. My goal is to provide quality work at a fair price while helping people protect and invest in their biggest asset, their home. I’m committed to changing the perception of contractors through honest communication and excellent service. I’m married with a toddler daughter, and my wife and I love playing slowpitch softball together. I also enjoy golf and basketball. We’re active in our local church, supporting families in our community. Family and sports have always been my greatest passions.
