Dr. Mandy Dagold is the founder and CEO of Legacy Thrive Home Care, created from a deep belief that every person deserves to age with dignity, safety, and compassion — in the comfort of their own home.
With a background in leadership, service, and business operations, Mandy combines heart and expertise to guide families through one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make: finding trusted care for a loved one. She holds a Business Degree from North Carolina Central University, an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Development from the University of Southern Mississippi — a foundation that supports Legacy Thrive’s high standards in both care and professionalism.
