Ryan Petty
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Ryan Petty oversees all operational and new business development opportunities for LifeCare Medical Transports.
Petty has more than 25 years of EMS healthcare experience. Prior to joining the LifeCare team, he was a 9-1-1 paramedic in southern Mississippi and Louisiana. After hurricane Katrina, Petty relocated to Virginia and served as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Portsmouth for five years. He then grew in his EMS career as a Critical Care Paramedic and was promoted to Division Manager of a comprehensive hospital system ambulance company in Southeast Virginia.
Joining LifeCare in August of 2020 as the company’s Chief Operations Officer for the Southeast and Southwest regions, Petty focused on improving the company’s operational leadership, customer relations, and business relations and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in June of 2022.
Additionally, Petty holds a Bachelors of EMS Administration from Columbia Southern University.
