I am Michelle Angle, and I bring over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry to my role as vice president of operations at Maricopa Ambulance. My career in the ambulance sector began in 2001 with StarWest Associates, where I started as vice president of marketing and business development before transitioning to vice president of operations and communications. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with hospitals, nonprofits, community groups, and government officials, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and excellence.
Over the years, I’ve held key leadership roles at organizations like Professional Medical Transport (PMT), Rural/Metro Corporation, and American Medical Response (AMR), focusing on community relations, government affairs, and high-performance EMS contract management. My work has included ensuring contract compliance, promoting health and safety through educational campaigns, and leading community initiatives in partnership with local fire departments. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence, which have been the cornerstones of my career success.
