As Vice President of Operations, I oversee Priority Ambulance’s emergency and nonemergency medical transport operations in Tennessee, bringing 40 years of experience in emergency services. Starting in law enforcement, I found my passion in EMS management, spending over 27 years at Rural/Metro of East Tennessee as division general manager. A licensed paramedic with extensive expertise in EMS budgeting, clinical excellence, and reimbursement, I’ve held leadership roles in professional associations, including the Tennessee Ambulance Service Association and the Tennessee EMS Board. I’m deeply involved in my community, serving on local boards, volunteering with medical missions in Central America, and contributing to my church as a deacon and Sunday School teacher.
