Rose grew up in Westchester County, New York, along the Hudson River. She graduated summa cum laude from Mercy College in New York with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and then graduated from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey, in 2013. She presently resides in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, with her husband and three children.
