Help Churches Thrive Legally & Spiritually

Equip pastors with accredited theological training

Protect churches from legal shutdowns

Expand the Gospel through educated leadership

THE LAW:
The African Government has introduced legislation that requires churches and religious leaders to have a theological education before starting a church or getting approval to continue their religious organization. They must have a certified copy of a Certificate, a Diploma, or a Degree in Theology from a recognized theological institution.

THE PROBLEM:
Unfortunately, many religious organizations and churches, particularly in rural areas, lack access to learning institutions primarily because they lack financial resources.

THE SOLUTION:
You can change that. Through your support, the Washington International Theological Seminary (WITS) provides fully accredited theological education—at no cost—to pastors and ministry leaders across Africa and the Caribbean. Since 2018, WITS has empowered thousands to meet legal requirements and continue leading their congregations with confidence and integrity.

"In Kenya, the law states that religious organizations have theological training. The Washington International Theological Seminary helped me to do so. My ministry has been legally restored and has grown tremendously. I thank God for WITS."
